Terms and Conditions

  1. By purchasing the admission ticket(s), the General Terms and Conditions of the organizer First Class Concept GmbH - hereinafter referred to as FCC - Zur Messe 9 A, 01067 Dresden, are accepted. At the same time, the house rules of the respective event venue apply.

  2. Special feature of the event as cancellation/postponement/program change

  3. 2.1 Program changes may occur at our events. In the event that individual artists (groups) are canceled, FCC shall endeavor to find appropriate replacements; the customer shall have no claims due to the cancellation of individual artists (groups). Admission to event areas with a limited capacity shall only be granted within the scope of the officially approved audience capacities. If the capacity is exhausted, the organizer may temporarily restrict access without this giving rise to a claim for partial reimbursement of the ticket price.

2.2 Our liability in the event of cancellation, discontinuation, postponement or other significant changes to the event is limited to reimbursement of the face value of the ticket. Personal arrangements made by the ticket holder, including travel and accommodation in connection with the event, are made at the ticket holder's own expense and risk. In such cases, we are not liable beyond the reimbursement of the face value of the ticket, in particular for expenses incurred. For this limitation of liability, the restrictions set out in section 3 apply accordingly. A significant change is deemed to have occurred if a change occurs that makes the event a significantly different event than a ticket purchaser may reasonably expect. A change of an artist in the line-up does not constitute a significant change in this sense.

2.3 If the event is canceled, interrupted or postponed due to circumstances for which FCC is not responsible (e.g. force majeure, restrictions due to Covid-19, etc.), the customer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded, subject to the following provisions. In the event of cancellation or interruption, FCC shall reschedule the event as far and as soon as possible and reasonable. If the event is postponed or - in the event of cancellation or abandonment - rescheduled, the tickets for the event shall remain valid. The customer may demand reimbursement of the face value of the ticket if, in individual cases, the postponement of the event is unreasonable (e.g. due to a proven vacation trip already booked on the new event date) or if the event is not rescheduled by the end of the following year in which the original event was to take place.

2.4 The event will take place in all weather conditions. If the weather is uncertain, it is recommended that you bring rainproof clothing and rain capes. The use of umbrellas during the event is not permitted due to the associated visual obstruction for other visitors. We would like to point out that weather conditions may delay the start of the event or cause interruptions. However, FCC reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the event at any time if the weather poses a risk to visitors. The regulation in section 2.3 shall then apply.

  4. Liability of the organizer

FCC is liable for its obligations under the contract. Claims of the customer for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are damages resulting from injury to life, body or health if FCC is responsible for the breach of duty, other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by FCC and damages based on an intentional or negligent breach of duties typical of the contract by FCC. A breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of FCC shall be deemed equivalent to a breach of duty by FCC. In the event of disruptions or defects in FCC's services, FCC shall endeavor to remedy such upon knowledge thereof or upon immediate complaint by the customer. The customer is obliged to do what can reasonably be expected of it to remedy the disruption and minimize any possible damage. In addition, the customer shall be obliged to inform FCC in good time of the possibility of the occurrence of exceptionally high damages.

  5. How to deal with the ticket

4.1 Admission tickets are not valid as tickets for public transportation.

4.2 The organizer is not obliged to replace the ticket if it is lost. The visitor must carry the admission ticket with them during the event and present it on request.

4.3 The admission ticket loses its validity upon leaving the event site.

4.4 The purchaser bindingly agrees to use the admission ticket(s) exclusively for private purposes. Any commercial resale of the purchased tickets without the prior consent of the organizer is prohibited.

4.5 The private resale of tickets at a higher price than the printed ticket price plus proven fees actually charged to the purchaser of the ticket is prohibited.

4.6 If the purchaser violates one of the prohibitions standardized in clauses 4.4 and 4.5, he shall be obliged to pay the organizer a contractual penalty of € 2,500.00 for each violation.

4.7 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude purchasers who violate the prohibitions set out in Sections 4.4 and 4.5 from purchasing tickets in the future.

4.8 The preparation of the admission ticket, e.g. imprinting, alteration or other types of modification of the admission ticket for the purpose of deceiving or disadvantaging others is prohibited.

  6. If the organizer uses shuttle buses, this is a voluntary service provided by the organizer. The purchaser of the ticket is not entitled to the use of such shuttle buses. Please refer to the daily press or the Internet at www.dresdner-schloessernacht.de for up-to-date information on this.

  7. Visitors are not entitled to a seat at the event on 19.07.2025.

  8. The organizer sells the tickets via various distribution channels. There may be price differences with different ticket providers. The organizer is not obliged to refund price differences.

  9. Recording in image and sound (photo, video, digital recordings, radio recordings, etc.) for commercial purposes is prohibited. Photography for private use is generally permitted, but only 35 mm cameras, simple SLR cameras and cell phones with a camera function are permitted on the grounds. Cameras with zoom lenses or with video functions as well as recording devices (MP3/MP4 recorders, dictation machines, etc.) of any kind are not permitted. The organizer's staff is entitled to confiscate such recording devices and cameras and retain them until the end of the event.

  10. Consent to the production and use of sound and image recordings

FCC may film, live-stream and photograph the event and make audio and audiovisual recordings of it. This may include the audience. By entering the event site, the customer irrevocably consents to the free use of his/her image and voice for photographs, live broadcasts, broadcasts and/or recordings of images and/or sound recordings made by the organizer, its agents or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as their subsequent exploitation in all present and future media (such as in particular in the form of audio and video recordings and digital distribution, e.g. via the Internet). This means in particular that the customer grants the organizer and its third-party contractual partners/licensees the right, unlimited in terms of time, place and content, to record images, voice, actions and/or statements of the visitor in any form without the visitor's separate consent and to reproduce, broadcast, make publicly accessible and/or distribute them in any other form in media of its choice for any commercial and non-commercial purposes.

  11. Bringing in food and drink is expressly prohibited and will be monitored. The bringing of glass containers or dangerous objects as well as pyrotechnic objects and weapons is prohibited and will be checked. Event staff are authorized to take such items into custody during the event and retain them until the end of the event.

  12. It is prohibited to bring animals onto the event site. A special permit must be requested for guide dogs.

  13. The organizer has the domiciliary right to the entire event site. The sale and/or presentation of goods and services of any kind as well as advertising measures of any kind on the premises is prohibited unless the visitor has been granted express written permission by the organizer.

  14. After dark, only illuminated and clearly secured event areas, paths and gates may be used. Leaving the illuminated and recognizably secured paths and gates is at your own risk.

  15. Violations by visitors of criminal law regulations (e.g. theft, damage to property, etc.) on the event grounds will be prosecuted and may result in exclusion from the event.

  16. For all disputes on a contractual or legal basis, Dresden is agreed as the place of jurisdiction - insofar as legally permissible; the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

  17. Should a clause of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. The invalid clause shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
